Please complete the form below to register your guests attending the Awards Gala Dinner. This form is only for the registration of guests for confirmed table bookings and sponsors’ guests.
All columns marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) requires these fields for each person attending – first name, last name, email, mobile number, company name, country of residence, nationality, and age group. This information must be true and accurate and must be provided 10 working days prior to the event.
Guest information is required for place cards, e-Guest name directory and seating arrangements. Please provide the name/s (first name and surname) of all guests attending the dinner below accurately. Take care to include the job title and the company name for each attendee. Guest names and company names will appear in the e-guest directory and on name cards as given in this form.
Please state if they require a vegetarian meal or have any other dietary requirements. There are 10 guests per table.
